These prices are based on 4 people sharing.
For more than 4, a 10% increase will be charged to cover additional
cleaning and laundry
Payment
25% Deposit upon booking. Refundable only if cancellation is received
in writing at least 4 weeks prior to arrival.
Balance 4 weeks prior to commencement.
A 200 euros deposit is payable on day of arrival for the Puerto
Banus apartment refundable
on day of departure subject to no breakages, damages etc.
Arrival and Departure
You will be met at the resort and shown to your apartment on the
day of your arrival by the owner or our agent. You will be met again
on your departure to retrieve the keys and refund your deposit.
Cleaning/Laundry
The apartment will be cleaned and prepared for you upon your arrival
and is included in the price. If cleaning and/or laundry service
is required during your stay, this can be arranged for you at a
cost of 25 euros per hour.
